Copper cooler stave for blast furnace

HZC copper stave technology is one of the products of such efforts.Cooler stave is a cooling device having one or more internal water channel, and is installed in numbers on the inner surface of a blast furnace to protect its steel shell and maintain the inner profile. HZC staves were made by forging,drilling and machining process. HZC blast furnace copper cooling staves’ working life is five to six times longer than by casting process. We choose cold rolled sheet as material and then deep hole drilling, welding, welds inspection, pressure and ultrasonic test.
